Most of my work has been around service desk / ITSM products, configurable platforms, dynamic forms and pages, authentication, permissions, integrations, databases, and on-premise deployments.
I usually work across backend, frontend, database, CI/CD, and infrastructure when the product needs it.
Experience
My experience has mostly been around business applications, service desk and ITSM-related systems, integrations, and on-premise deployments.
I worked on configurable platforms built around dynamic forms, dynamic pages, workflow integration, role and permission management, authentication, and customer-specific configuration.
I developed backend APIs, integrated Camunda workflows, worked with Keycloak authentication, and supported PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. I also worked with Kafka and Redis where messaging and caching were needed.
I built external system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, and worked on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm deployments, customer installations, performance improvements, bug fixing, and maintenance.
My work also included custom forms, business rules, workflows, LDAP/AD integrations, reporting, data migration flows, customer-specific customizations, technical consulting, process design, and production support.
